We are thrilled to share our recent collaboration with Wildlife Friendly Otley, where we supported their vibrant arts festival. The highlight of our involvement was a captivating talk by international award-winning wildlife photographer, Tracey Lund, held on Thursday. Her stunning photographs left us in awe, and her inspiring words ignited a passion for wildlife photography.
As part of the festival at the Courthouse, we proudly displayed over 120 breath-taking wildlife images contributed by our talented members. It was a fantastic opportunity to showcase the beauty of nature through the lens of our community.
The festivities continued on Saturday morning with a hands-on photography course at Otley Chevin. Participants learned valuable tips on capturing stunning photos using their mobile phones. To enrich the experience, we had a local ecologist on hand, sharing insights about the diverse flora and fauna that surrounded us.
This collaboration not only celebrated the arts but also fostered a deeper appreciation for wildlife and the environment. We’re grateful to Wildlife Friendly Otley for the opportunity to be part of such a meaningful event, and we look forward to more collaborations that inspire and educate!

Below are a selection of photos taken on the walk.
